BoardMentor provides strategic coaching tailored for company directors through boardmentor.top. These Terms govern your access to our offerings at Bundesplatz 3, 3005 Bern, Switzerland.

1. Coaching Services

BoardMentor offers personalized sessions for company directors. Scheduling is subject to availability. Fees are due before the session and may be paid via credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation: You may cancel up to 48 hours before a session to receive a full refund to the original payment channel. Cancellations made later are not eligible for a refund due to the reserved time and resources.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule one session without additional charge if you give at least 24 hours notice. Further changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

2. Digital Materials

This category includes e-guides, templates and recordings. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation. Because of the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer a refund once access has been granted. If you encounter any technical issue, please contact us for support.

3. Physical Products

BoardMentor may offer printed handbooks or similar items. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship back an unopened item for evaluation. To initiate this process, follow the procedures on our Contact Form. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment channel within 14 days.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund process varies by category:

• Coaching Services: See section 1.
• Digital Materials: No refund after access due to the nature of digital content.
• Physical Products: Subject to condition and timeframe in section 3.

5. Liability

BoardMentor strives to deliver our offerings with care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are owned by BoardMentor. You may use them only for your internal purposes and may not distribute or modify them without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We treat your details with confidentiality and respect.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted at boardmentor.top/terms with a new effective date.
